Traditional Home Group Joins BHGRE Kansas City Homes
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kansas City Homes (BHGRE Kansas City Homes) announces that they have merged with the Tradition Home Group Team led by Shannon Stumpenhaus and Nickole Pittala. The highly successful team of 10 agents and 5 professional staff were the #7 selling team in the entire Kansas City area in 2017.
When Tradition Home Group began their dialogue with David Cooper, President and Kristi Ferrara, Broker for BHGRE Kansas City Homes Northland office about the move, Shannon and Nickole were impressed. “Not once did David or Kristi ask how much we had sold or about our financial goals for the future. Instead, they were interested in our families, our agents, our clients, and our ethics” states Nickole. “That was very impressive. David’s integrity and interest in us as individuals was apparent and proved to be the right fit. We will be proud to represent the BHGRE Kansas City Homes brand.”
Curry Real Estate Services Cleans up Synergy Services’ Outdoor Space
Employees from Curry Real Estate Services, a full-service commercial real estate broker and property management company, recently donated their time and resources to prepare, landscape and completely makeover the outdoor space for spring at SafeHaven, Synergy Services’ domestic violence shelter.
More than 35 Curry employees traded in their suits and briefcases for shovels and power tools as they spent their work day on tasks ranging from outdoor maintenance to yard beautification enhancement projects. Employees removed dead trees and debris from the property, mulched, planted flowers, weeded the garden, fixed fences, painted a fire lane and moved in new patio tables, chairs and benches for shelter guests. The result of nearly 100 hours of combined donated time was a completely overhauled outdoor space.
In addition to Curry Real Estate volunteers, this project was possible thanks to donations from Zipco, BC Hardscapes, Sharp Landscaping, Mike Siebolt, McConnell & Associates, and Arch Roofing.
Curry also donated items including umbrellas, sunscreen, toys, diapers and more to the shelter to ensure guests had summer essentials on-hand. To donate items to Synergy Services, visit SynergyServices.org.
