Happy spring, friends! March is one of my favorite months with the coming of spring and my birthday. It’s a month that marks new beginnings and a reawakening of inspiration for me. And this month, it’s a month that is inspiring me to turn my focus to my home and how I can freshen its look with inspiration from our modern finds!
Peek inside of Beau Williams and Keely Edgington William’s mid-century modern home in old Briarcliff. The style may be retro but their fresh take on the open concept makes for an airy space perfect for entertaining friends or just hanging out with their two adorable daughters, Lula and Adair. And with an emphasis on STEM and female leaders in their girls’ rooms, they’ve managed to make the ‘modern’ part of mid-century count.
For more inspiration, meet Paulie Serrone, the woodworker behind Pistachio Approved. His custom furniture designs are simple with a focus on quality materials and construction. His springer spaniel, Pistachio, approves each piece, so his clients know that they have something special.
March also marks a new page for Northland Lifestyle. Please join me in welcoming Aaron Blair, our new Publisher. You’ll likely see him around town as he gets to know his neighbors and finds even more stories about the great things happening in our community. If you do, say hi and tell him what you’d like to see! We are always open to your suggestions and story ideas.
Enjoy this early spring season–plant some flowers or just thaw out. I hope to see you soon!
